Umbria villa in a beautiful stone farmhouse, recently and tastefully restored, situated in quiet and panoramic position with wonderful views on the hills surrounding Gubbio. The villa owners lives now and then in an independent house in the property (not in August).

At guests’ disposal: large and private garden fully equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs, swimming-pool in panoramic position (15 x 8 m – maximum depth 3 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue. Access to the property via a paved road. Parking within the grounds. Baby bed available on request (free of charge). Small pets are allowed. An excellent restaurant is 350 m walking distance.
Extra services: Maid service available by arrangement at € 9,- / per hour (to be paid on the spot).
Ground floor: large living-room (TV) with fireplace and single sofa-bed, kitchen corner (oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster) with dining area, double bedroom, twin-bedded room, bathroom with tub (washing machine).
1st floor: living-room (TV-sat.) with fireplace, kitchen (oven, dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine), double bedroom, 2 twin-bedded room, bathroom with shower, bathroom with shower and tub.
