Lake Trasimeno with equipped beaches is in a 20-minute drive. Some beautiful renowned towns like Assisi, Montepulciano, Chianciano Terme and Chiusi are within 40 km. A tennis court is at 2 km. A road passes close by the villa.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden, swimming pool for the sole use of the guests (9 x 5 m – maximum depth 2,3 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue, bread oven. Iron available. Parking within the grounds.
Extra services: extra bed (€ 50,- / per week) and baby bed (€ 30,- / per week) available on request, payment on the spot. Maid service available by arrangement (payment on site).
