The villa offers large outdoor areas which are ideal to enjoy close contact with nature and to relax. A nice swimming-pool set in panoramic location is available. The location allows to easily reach beautiful towns of Umbria like Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Città di Castello.
The access to the property is via unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: the small town Agello with all kinds of shops 1,5 km away, the shore of Lake Trasimeno (water-sport facilities) about 7 km, Perugia (with daily trains to Rome) 12 km away, the famous medieval town Cortona about 25 km, Assisi about 30 km. Florence is approx. 130 km away. A golf course, a tennis court and horse-back riding facilities are within 10 km. Excellent restaurants offering dishes of the local tradition are available in the area surrounding the villa. Bus stop with busses for Perugia about 300 m from the villa away.
At guests' disposal: large, terraced garden (5.000 m2) offering beautiful views over the valley below, swimming-pool (9 x 4 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09), 2 furnished gazebos, table-tennis, games for children, barbecue, bread-oven, volley-ball ground, small basket ground. A small charming church adjoining the villa has been completely restored and offers a nice play and relax area. Fly screens on all windows. Telephone and internet connection (to be paid extra).
Extra services: Maid service available by arrangement (€ 10,- / per hour payable locally). Baby cot available with extra charge of € 52,- / per week to be paid on the spot. Cook service for excellent meals based on Umbrian recipes available by arrangement (to be paid on the spot). Bath-towels for the swimming-pool available on request (payment on the spot).
