Bella Luna is a stylish and elegant full-service villa with exquisite views of Lake Maggiore
and its own expansive private park of approximately 8000 square meters, and
private gardens. Located between the towns of Arona and Stresa, the villa is only a five minute walk from the quaint lakeshore
village of Belgirate. The village of Belgirate contains restaurants, cafés, food
shops, public beaches, and a post office. The closest ferry to other beautiful
resort towns on Lake Maggiore is also located in Belgirate. As with all villas
located very near the lake, the lively road that circles the lake runs near the
house at a distance of about 200 meters. The train that connects Milan to
Belgirate runs at about the same distance behind the villa. Consequently, Bella
Luna can easily be reached by car or train and is within walking distance of
Belgirate. The occasional sound is unnoticeable among the splendor of the lake
and gardens.
 The villa (700 sq meters) is quite spacious and develops on
three levels. The first consists
of three living rooms with splendid views of the garden, a formal dining room, a
fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom. The salon has glass doors which
open onto a large and delightful terrace/patio (20 square meters) and offer terrific views
of the lake. This space is perfect for outdoor dining.
At the garden level below there are six lovely bedrooms, one with a king size bed and
en suite bathroom (with tub), three with a queen size bed, one bedroom with twins
and one single bedroom. Each bedroom is attractively decorated and has its own
fan. There are three more bathrooms on this floor, one with a bathtub, one with
a shower, and one with both a shower and a bathtub. Bella Luna is well appointed
and tastefully decorated with comfortable sofas and armchairs, beautiful
paintings, and antique family furnishings.
On the top level there is a study with access to a panoramic terrace (furnished
with sofa and armchairs), a large master bedroom with frescoed ceiling, 3 en
suite bathrooms (one with basin and tub, one with toilet, one with sink and
marble shower) and a kitchenette.
Each bedroom has a portable air conditioning unit.
The garden behind the house is expansive and contains a variety of trees, bushes
(azaleas, gardenias, magnolias) and flower gardens that bloom brilliantly in the
spring and throughout the summer. The swimming pool is heated and is filled with
salt water that is a lovely natural clear green color thus avoiding the use of
chemicals. A fitness center with tennis courts is 1 km away.

Amenities include: Spacious grounds and gardens, heated pool, heating,
satellite TV, DVD player, telephone, ADSL internet connection, private terrace
patio, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge,
fully-equipped kitchen.
Services include:
Bed linen changed each Wednesday and Saturday, bath linen changed each Monday,
Wednesday and Saturday.
Maid and cook service 7 days per week (maximum 9 hours per day), Friday through
Wednesday from 8:30am to 12:30pm and from 4:30pm to 9:30pm. On Thursday
the service will be provided only in the morning from 8:30am to 12:30pm.
Daily gardening and pool cleaning. If 12 guests require both lunch and
dinner an extra person is added for cleaning, which is charged additionally.

jam, bread, biscuits, fruit)

Heat is metered – A deposit of Euro 500 cash is collected per week upon arrival
