This striking building has been renovated without spoiling its ancient characteristics and has been restored into seven outstanding apartments with the same names as the elements of the Canticle of the Creatures of St. Francis.   They have been expertly preserved to maintain the integrity and taste of the original structure while also offering modern amenities and a high level of comfort.

All the apartments are well equipped.  Antiques, elegant rugs, exquisite curtains and impressive frescoes create a comfortable atmosphere in a tranquil setting.  Guests can relax and admire the view of the Valle dell’Umbria from the apartments or from the equipped large roof garden.  Amenities include satellite TV, telephone, hair dryer, safe box, cooking corner with fridge, shuttle service to San Crispino's spa.  Easy access by car.  Moiano parking facility is very close and offers guests a special price.  Bus and train access at nearby Santa Maria degli Angeli.  Independent heating.

Each apartment has a kitchenette cabinet with a small cooking unit/sink and refrigerator allowing for breakfast and simple meal preparation.  Breakfast can also be provided for a small fee.

Apartments rent on a nightly or weekly basis with a 3 night minimum.

Pricing and payment:  Prices are shown in Euros.  To confirm your booking, we will collect a deposit in US dollars equivalent to 10% of the price.  The remaining balance will be paid in Euros (all major credit cards accepted) at San Crispino when you arrive.

This suite, located on the ground floor, is the former meeting place of the ancient Fraternities who lived in this Historical Residence from the XIV to the XX century. 

Beatitude has direct access to a private garden, an impressive living room with remarkable frescoes, a double sofa bed, a double bedroom divided from the living room by an ancient and precious curtain, and a loft with two twin beds.  Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom.
