modern villa that offers an unforgettable view over three lakes. The
carefully maintained garden is planted with a variety of greenery that
thrives in this special ecosystem, such as palms, azaleas, and other

The furnishings throughout the villa are carefully chosen and
comfortable. The lake town of Belgirate is located 5 km downhill and
contains restaurants, cafés, food shops, and public beaches. There are
also two golf courses within 10-15 minutes drive. The closest
ferry to other beautiful resort towns on the lake is based in
Belgirate. The nearest food shop is 2 kilometers. For groups up to 5

A beautiful panoramic pool was recently added
to the property, and the villa now has fast Internet access.
Casale Belgiardino 10 has two floors:
Main floor: The entrance hall, accessed from the garden, opens
into a spacious living room and dining area. This room boasts of
large panoramic windows, a dining table
for eight, and
access to the terrace offering spectacular views of three lakes. The
kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing
machine, coffee maker, and electric oven. On the same floor there
are two double bedrooms, both with a lake view, and an additional
bedroom with a smaller French bed and garden view. There are also two
bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
Ground floor: The large living area has a dining table suitable for 20
people. This level also contains a double bedroom, a twin
bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. Please note that the two
bedrooms on the lower level have inside windows that can’t be opened.
Three hours of maid service are included on Saturday when the whole
house (Casale Belgiardino 10) is rented for more than one week.

open from May 28 to September 24.

The area
Belgirate is located in the western shore of Lake Maggiore.
Guests can enjoy the lake through boat rentals and sailing schools
located in Belgirate. Lake Maggiore is an enchanting glacial lake
situated at the foot of the Italian Alps. This is the heart of
the 'Lakes District' of Italy, an area with a noted northern influence
that blends beautifully with the traditional Italian style. This is an
area devoted to being outdoors on land or water, with plenty of small
villages to explore and more than enough stunning scenery to fill a
vacation. There is excellent hiking in the Valle Grande and elsewhere
in the surrounding mountains.
Tours in the area include Stresa, the Borromeo Islands, Brissago
Islands, Arona, Villa Taranto (botanical gardens), and the Swiss side
of the lake. Many fabulous restaurants are located in the area as
well as charming cafés and shops.
