Il Convento is a tastefully restored 10th century
convent located 18 kilometers from Perugia and 14 kilometers from Lake
Trasimeno. It has been restored with great care and offers wonderful
views of the Umbrian countryside. The pool (15m x 7.5m) is located in a
very panoramic position and there are furnished outdoor areas throughout
the residence. The village of Mantignana is within walking distance.
The property has been attractively converted
into 10 apartments on various levels: 8 in the main building and 2 in
the former hay barn. The apartments are furnished very tastefully with
period pieces and selected elements, blending harmoniously with the
originality of the building.
Tennis courts and laundry are available and to
be paid locally. The former cellar has been transformed into a beautiful
rustic room with a large fireplace. Dinners are available upon request.
Each apartment has a telephone and television.
Pets are not permitted at Il Convento in
Campagna.
