Positioned on a expansive green Umbrian hill, Vista Paradiso is characterized by its spectacular view overlooking the splendid hill town of Todi and the surrounding countryside. The village of Grutti is within walking distance.
From the dining terrace and the elevated pool area, the rural vistas encompass three separate regions of Italy - Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany. In the foreground, on an elevated plateau sits the medieval walled town of Todi. Tuscany is to the right and on a clear night, a faint glow on the distant horizon comes from the lights of Rome itself.
The grounds are spacious and offer a barbecue and furnished gazebo. The swimming pool (8m X 4m) enjoys a sunny position and the furnished terrace is an ideal place for “al fresco” dining during the magnificent Umbrian sunsets.

Vista Paradiso has been carefully restored with taste and comfort and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming.
The gardens are gently tiered over three levels and include a pleasant lawn and several olive trees and elegant cypress trees, so much associated with the landscape of this region.
The private swimming pool is positioned on the upper level of the garden to take full advantage of the southern exposure.
The village of Grutti is within walking distance (900m) of the house. All essential amenities are here including the well known restaurant, Le Noci, well loved by the locals who come considerable distances to dine on the fresh regional specialties.
Architecture from the Etruscan, Roman and medieval periods is preserved in nearby Todi (15km), while the older part of Terni (45km) is home to several fine palaces and a 15th Century church. Rome can be reached in about 2 hours.
