The villa is 3 Km from the town of Angera with direct access to the shores of Lake Maggiore.
Angera is a delightful town with beautiful landscapes and numerous historic monuments, including the Rocca Borromea which hosts a wonderful collection of period dolls and lots of other curiosities. The lakeside area of Angera is almost unique along the whole of Lake Maggiore, the large perfectly tended lawns are well suited to relaxing walks. Numerous ferries depart from the wharf of Angera connecting all the most important localities on the lake, Arona is a 10-minute voyage away. The area also offers a wide choice of bars, restaurants and pizzerias with a view of the lake.
The recently renovated villa is located on the shore of the lake. It has a private wharf and a shelter for boats which contains two Kayaks that are available to guests for exciting excursions.
The villa is distributed over 4 levels, it has a lift/elevator, air conditioning and WI FI internet connection. On the lower floor there is a Wellness -Fitness area with services and direct access to the 12 x 2.5 m swimming pool.
It is furnished in a modern style with an extremely pleasant design and is fully accessorized; kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and many other accessories; laundry with washing machine, tumble drier and ironing area; outdoor parking for two cars and parking for one car in the garage.
The ground floor , first floor and attic have furnished panoramic terraces with a beautiful view of the lake; one terrace has a dining table and barbecue.
