Casale Grattiglie is a farmhouse with pool in the San Michele Salentino countryside of Apulia. It is tastefully furnished and offers 5 bedrooms to accommodate up to 10 people. There are large outdoor spaces, with a veranda and vegetable garden. The private saltwater infinity pool has a whirlpool corner and chromotherapy. In April, May and October it is heated (included in the rental price) to raise the natural water temperature 4/5 degrees C. The closest beach is just 23 km away on the Adriatic Sea, and the western coast is just 50 km away.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 60 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 60 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
If a booking is cancelled 60 days or less prior arrival, the full rental amount is not refundable.
Coverage for accidental damage to the property and/or furniture.
You can choose between two options:
1) Purchase the NoDep policy (€ 198) to cover damages up to € 5.000,00
or
2) Pay € 15,00 per person as a non-refundable deposit to cover damages up to € 200,00 and in addition issue a pre-authorization on your credit card upon arrival of € 500,00 as a refundable deposit to cover damages over € 200,00. The refundable security deposit will be returned in 2 working days after check out once verified the condition of the property and its furnishings.
