Completely renovated ancient residential compound located in the area of Lucca that vaunts the most prestigious villas. Elegantly and comfortably furnished in a classical modern style, although each accommodation unit is private, the villa can still be shared with the rest of the group and everybody can dine together either indoors or outdoors, peacefully enjoying convivial moments all together in the spacious garden and around the swimming pool.

The villa has all mod cons: air conditioning in all the rooms, WIFI internet connection, washing machines and dishwashers.
Guests can visit art cities like Lucca 8 Km, Pisa 40 Km, Florence 75 Km. and, at the same time, quickly reach the beaches of Versilia: Forte dei Marmi 40 Km.
The special recipes of the whole Lucchesia area make it a unique place on the Tuscan gastronomical and culinary panorama.
Accommodation (436 sq meters):
Villa consisting of various communicating accommodation units, each of which has its own kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and refrigerator and a living room with dining area and sofas. The compound is distributed over two floors:
GROUND FLOOR:
all the day areas are located on the ground floor as well as a double bedroom with bathroom and shower; dining area with table seating 25 people.
FIRST FLOOR:
On the first floor there are 4 twin bedrooms, each of which has a bathroom with shower;
1 bedroom with French-style bed and bathroom with shower;
7 double bedrooms with bathroom and shower.
Air conditioning in all the rooms and WIFI internet connection.
Other services included in the price: - small size pets are allowed only upon specific request to the owner.

Paid on site in cash: the villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 32 people ( 24 + 8 ), extra beds must be paid for on the spot /

- minimum one week in July and August, at other times of the year stays of less than one week are possible (on request) /
- it is not possible to organise dinners, events, meetings with extra people not hosted in the villa, unless previously authorised by the owner (an extra charge may be applied) /
