The villa is situated on the hills just a few kilometers from the city of Lucca, in a very panoramic position, with a view of the surrounding countryside and some of the splendid villas located in the hilly area around the Piana di Lucca which, to this day, still represent a patrimony of remarkable beauty.
The villa stands on the hillside, on various terraces, on one of which, above the villa, a fenced 7 x 14 m swimming pool has been built, with solarium area, a shaded gazebo and a small neighboring annex which acts as a changing room and also has a bathroom, shower, refrigerator and two single beds.
The garden has an English-style lawn adorned with large vases containing flowers, citrus trees and aromatic plants featuring a large pergola covered by various varieties of climbing plants that provide shade, which is suitable for eating ‘al fresco’.
The villa is furnished in an elegant and very practical way. It has WI-FI ADSL Internet connection, 1 child’s cot/crib, a high chair, mosquito screens on all the windows, heating and air conditioning in all the rooms, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryers in all the bathrooms, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machines(mocha), oven, kettle, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, blender/liquidizer, barbecue, satellite TV, DVD player.
There are two, cool, covered verandas located at both sides of the house with relaxing lounges and dining area.
Lucca is 11 Km away, the beaches of Versilia around 40 Km, Florence 80 Km. Within a range of just a few kilometers there are numerous restaurants where it is possible to enjoy excellent Tuscan cuisine.

GROUND FLOOR: spacious living-room with fireplace and access to a large loggia with open air lounge and dining area; very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher; dining area; 1 downstairs bathroom; laundry room.
FIRST FLOOR: spacious living-room on two levels with fireplace; 1 twin bedroom with bathroom and shower; 1 double bedroom with bathroom and bathtub; 1 twin bedroom with bathroom and bathtub; 1 twin bedroom and 1 double bedroom that share the same bathroom with shower.
SECOND FLOOR: study with double sofa-bed and fireplace; 1 double bedroom with bathroom containing a shower and hydromassage bathtub.
POOL HOUSE: changing room with refrigerator; 2 beds; WC and separate shower.
Other services included in the price: Cleaning during the week 2 hours, 2 times per week for a total of 4 hours per week. - Electricity consumption up to 200 KW per week included.
