The villa is located around one kilometer from the banks of Lake Maggiore that are located in Lombardy, in the vicinity of the town of Besozzo which is just over 3 Km away, while Lake Varese is around 8 Km away.
It is in a very interesting position for visiting this area, known as ‘the seven lakes’, that extends as far as Lake Lugano in Switzerland.
Ispra, 6 Km from the villa, is one of the best known destinations on Lake Maggiore. Almost the whole coast is practicable and long stretches of it are served by a pedestrian walkway with amenities which is slightly hidden from the center of the town, separated by gardens and villas, that touches on the little ports and mooring posts for boats including the craft of the Navigazione Lago Maggiore that sail to the Borromean islands and the banks of the lake located in the Piedmont region.
The whole area offers numerous opportunities for tasting local and international cuisine.
The villa has all mod cons: air conditioning, WI-FI internet connection, central heating, DVD player, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher; microwave and many other accessories.
It is situated amidst the greenery of the hills in a very peaceful position. The fenced garden contains a private swimming pool with solarium-sun terrace, which is also fenced, and numerous corners for relaxing.
