Situated in one the quietest and most sought after locations in the Veneto, Asolo Bello is a beautiful new property expanding over 12 acres of land.  The house sits elevated at the top of a hill, and was built to take full advantage of the exceptional panoramic views.  Ideally located, the villa is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk from the center of the lovely village of Asolo.  Asolo Bello was designed to combine the comforts of a modern home with the refinement of traditional Italian style.

This villa offers our special “arrive and relax” package:

A simple typical dinner is provided on your arrival night.  This is a welcome sight after a long flight and will allow you to check in, unpack and relax.  You will find the dinner in the kitchen with the instructions for heating.  The dinner is also suitable for vegetarian guests.  It basically consists of a pasta al forno, a vegetable tarte, salad, and fruit.  Bread, water and wine are included.  No changes are possible for the first dinner.

The villa also will be stocked with basic groceries so that you do not have to shop upon arrival or worry about store closures on Sunday.  The shopping list consists of: milk, coffee, tea, bread, biscuits, sugar, salt, water, fruit, eggs, oil, butter, jam, orange juice, cereals. The quantity of the items will be adjusted by the staff according to the number of guests.

This newly restored property is perfect for three couples and has three comfortable and spacious en suite double bedrooms (beds 160cm x 200cm - slightly larger than an American queen bed).  The bathrooms are also spacious and are equipped with all modern appliances.  Please note that the bed frames measure 160cm x 200cm and have two mattresses that are made up as one large bed. The bed can also be fitted with single linens for those guests who prefer two separate beds.

The villa spans three levels and is 300 square meters in size.  The front door leads into a large open lounge and dining area.  The living room is very inviting and has a working fireplace, comfortable seating, satellite TV, and a small stereo and CD player.  The adjacent dining area has a table that seats up to eight guests.  The modern and spacious kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, large refrigerator, oven and a beautiful ancient table.  There is a smaller guest bathroom near the kitchen.  Classic French windows open out from the living room onto the panoramic terrace and swimming pool.

The swimming pool, 2m x 8m, is open in 2023 from May 6 to September 23.  On request, and for an additional fee, the pool can be heated (it is a pool and not a hot tub).  The relaxing lounge chairs and shade umbrellas provide guests of Asolo Bello an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors and dine while enjoying the beautiful views of the valley.  Outdoor lighting illuminates the property and the pool in the evening.

A staircase of 16 steps brings guests to the second floor, where there are two bedrooms.  The first bedroom has a queen bed (180cm x 195cm) with a bathroom with shower available in the corridor.  The second bedroom also has a queen bed (180cm x 195cm) and an en suite bathroom with shower.  Each of the bedrooms has south-facing windows that overlook the gardens.  The second floor also consists of the laundry room with a washing machine.   The master bedroom is situated on the third floor (15 steps) and has independent access to a private terrace and rear upper garden.  The exquisite bath suite is designed with a large Vicenza stone tub (1.58m x 76m) and a separate shower.

Asolo Bello is an ideal choice for guests seeking peace and seclusion, while also providing easy access to the village.  The villa has been expertly decorated with a stylish and comfortable atmosphere.    Amenities for Asolo Bello include central heat, air-conditioning, ADSL high-speed Internet access, satellite TV, VCR, DVD, and stereo and security systems.  There is a convenient parking space for 2 cars inside the property, near the villa entrance.

The villa and grounds are maintained by a gardener.  The caretaker can organize small lunches for the guests upon request.  Dinner can also be arranged and paid for directly to the caretaker.  There is a maid on hand 2 hours a day for housekeeping Monday to Saturday.  Bed linens are changed on Saturday, and bath towels are changed on Wednesday and Saturday.   There is air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.  ADSL WiFi Flat internet and pool towels are included.  The following services can be provided on request and will be paid on the spot: extra maid service, cook service, wine tasting, transfer.  The pool is not gated; therefore only children 8 years of age or older can be accepted.  Given the nature of the stairs in the villa, Asolo Bello is not recommended for guests with walking difficulties.  Please note that Asolo Bello is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.  The property is accessed by an electric gate, and behind the villa is another house that is not inhabited and is owned by the same owner as Asolo Bello.

Culinary Tradition/Wines/Crafts
Guests of Asolo Bello will find Asolo full of small restaurants that offer unforgettable dishes of the local culinary traditions.  Asolo is part of the national circuit of Citta Del Vino (Wine Cities), and holds festivals in August with special wine tastings of its first class wine.  Asolan handicrafts have been treasured for centuries and are represented in fabrics, embroidery, hand-painted ceramics and antique furniture.  Beautiful vases and finely painted cups are only two types of colorful ceramics to be found in the village.  One of the oldest craft centers is the Tessoria Asolana, a hand-weaving workshop, which specializes in unique, high-quality fabrics.  The Embroidery School of Asolo produces gorgeous linens, lace and artistic ornaments.  Antique markets are a great place to find furniture, pictures and jewelry, and are situated under the porticoes and in village plazas throughout the city center.   An antiques fair is held every second Sunday of the month.
